9月26日,中国科技期刊卓越行动计划办公室发布了《关于下达2021年度中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊入选项目的通知》(拓展:该通知官方报道)。本次全国共有166种新刊申报,最终获批30种,通过率仅为18%。中国科技期刊卓越行动计划领军期刊Light衍生子刊Light: Advanced Manufacturing(英文名简称LAM,中文名《光:先进制造》(拓展:该期刊官网)经过两轮专家评审,从166个申报项目中脱颖而出,入选高起点新刊项目,将获得50万元项目资助及国内统一刊号(CN号)申报资质。

中国科技期刊卓越行动计划是为认真落实《关于深化改革培育世界一流科技期刊的意见》,由中国科协、财政部、教育部、科学技术部、国家新闻出版署、中国科学院、中国工程院联合实施的重大支持专项,旨在推动我国科技期刊高质量发展,加快建设世界一流科技期刊,夯实进军世界科技强国的科技与文化基础。该行动计划面向全国科技期刊系统构建支持体系,是中国科技期刊领域迄今力度最大、资金最多、范围最广的科技期刊支持项目,共包含领军期刊、重点期刊、梯队期刊、高起点新刊、集群化试点等5个子项目。其中,高起点新刊项目以域选刊、前瞻布局、突出引领,重点支持在传统优势、新兴交叉、战略前沿、关键共性技术领域创办的高起点英文科技期刊。


LAM由季华实验室(全称:先进制造科学与技术广东省实验室)和中科院长春光机所联合主办,办刊宗旨为秉持自主、自信、自强的信念,面向制造工程领域国家重大需求,依托领军期刊品牌优势,自主创新,创建世界一流英文期刊,超越论文,建设知识产权完全自有的光学先进制造领域融媒体服务平台,助力中国制造从跟跑、并跑到领跑!作为领军期刊Light衍生子刊,将自主办刊与先进技术相结合;从“借船出海”到“造船出海”、从外部依赖到独立自主,力争实现从“中国产品”过渡到Light系列的“中国品牌”。


LAM由四位一流国际化主编领衔:科技部原副部长、Light主编曹健林研究员、德国斯图加特大学原常务副校长Wolfgang Osten教授、西南交通大学闫连山教授和澳大利亚蒙纳仕大学吴鑫华院士;编委团队由包括6位院士在内的35位全球顶尖科学家组成。LAM自2021年1月文章正式上线以来,已经发表了来自清华大学[1]、香港城市大学[2]、加州大学和惠普实验室[3]、斯图加特大学[4][5][6]、弗劳恩霍夫物理测量技术研究所和工业数学研究所[7][8]、卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院[9]、莱布尼茨光子技术研究所[10]、曼彻斯特大学[11]、诺丁汉大学[12]、哈德斯菲尔德大学[13]、日本理研先进光子学中心[14]、韩国三星电子[15]、皇家墨尔本理工大学[16]、西湖大学[17]、吉林大学[18]、西北工业大学[19][20]、大连理工大学[21]、上海理工大学[22]、和北京理工大学[23]等21个国际一流大学和科研机构的23篇高水平文章,国际发文占比64%,篇均访问量2000以上,其中关于皮肤集成电子在智能传感方面最新进展的文章发表仅5个月,被引11次,新刊已受到海内外一线科技工作者的广泛关注。


本次LAM入选高起点新刊项目,是长春光机所Light学术出版中心继2019年度Light获得领军期刊项目、eLight获得高起点新刊项目资助后,中国科技期刊卓越行动计划再一次对Light领军期刊创建子刊的高度评价。我们将继续学习国际顶刊的刊群办刊理念,以Light领军期刊为龙头,以刊带群,以群育刊,相互托举,发挥合力,建设世界一流期刊和高水平Light领军品牌期刊集群。
